Exercise do induce gd sleep

Just have my jog last nite.After that was a gd ZzZ til morning.If only can have the discipline to make it twice per week.I will be On my way to slimming down.=D.Also went online to see the slendertone to build muscles.Kinda of exp dat equipment, reviews show that not super effective.

Putting on Weight..=(

Wake up this morning and find out dat I put on weight again..Wish dat is the weighting machine is spoilt.Wana lose weight since the beginning of the year.-_-".My new year resolution is slim down but the opposite happened.Aiz.I Need put in effort and commitment liaoz.Anybody to join me for exercise in the tough club to battle against the silly fats.All are welcome.=D.

Into 2010 third week

Yup, It been quite some time,since the last blog.New year,new outlook for my blog.Look neater and fresher, And i have removed my cartoon avatar.=D.Guess the blog look cleaner with the avatar removed and also more pro and matured.hmm,i m actually thinking of some ways to feature some real home biz opportunties as well as motivational stuffs to keep the site interesting and alive.Stay tuned.

Avatar The Movie is fantastic.Catch the sneak preview Last nite.but miss around 5-10 min beginning.almost 3 hr show..A definite must watch for this year Before you say goodbye to 2009 and welcome 2010.As for the story,Buy the ticket for yourself, have a popcorn with you.see for yourself.

Sleepless nite

IT 343 AM on my PC system.yet i m still awake.Sleeping too much during the afternoon.Wake up at 9 pm for my dinner.=D.Watch the "Orphan" Movie on my PC just now.Pretty Cool, a kid who is actually 30 odd years can be so destructive.lol.And The Morale of the Story ?? Never judge a book by its cover.The innocent one may backstab you.And the bad one may be ya fren.Wat a complicated world.If only it can be made simpler.have a label to ppl on their forehead.=D.And If only i have the skills to think wat r ppl thinking.get into their brain.keke..
